To create an account, we request you to use an email. After an account has been created, users can opt into using their devices biometrics (fingerprint, face scan) or add your cell phone number to sign in using a one-time passcode. This is accessed in settings under the Auth section.

Additional accounts can be added from the dashboard once you have created an account with your main source of income and will automatically update based on the day or date you provide.

Automation is our way of keeping track of your account and updating things like your next pay day date and your recurring transaction due dates. We use the payday date you provide to run these jobs to help automate your account. To manage the automation processes, you can do this by going to the auto section in settings.

Cycle reports can be viewed from the dashboard and are generated on each payday to provide details about what was updated with your transactions and your account on the previous payday.

Financial Keeps will automatically calculate when you have an extra payday. For example, if you get paid biweekly but have three paydays in the current month, we will automatically provide a third payday on your dashboard. Once the month is complete, your account will return to its previous state and allow you to reset your transactions.

Financial Keeps does not currently support linking to other financial services.

You can delete your account by signing into your account using this website or from the settings section in the app.
